Opening and FCBD Recap

We’re honestly overwhelmed with gratitude. It’s been a whirlwind of excitement here at Cromulent Comics! Our soft launch in mid-April and the grand opening at the end of the month exceeded all our expectations. Huge thanks to our incredible friends and family who helped make those days run smoothly, and to the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce for their amazing support. The turnout was beyond anything we imagined.

And just one week later, we hosted our very first Free Comic Book Day—what a wild ride! It was three times as busy and every bit as thrilling. We loved seeing so many new and familiar faces walk through our doors.

To top it all off, we raised over $300 for Whiskers, a local animal shelter—a perfect way to kick off this new chapter and give back to the community that’s already giving us so much.

We can’t wait to see how our little comic shop community continues to grow!
